Neurodiversity Coaching
A more workable relationship between you, your work and your environment.
One-to-one coaching can create space to explore patterns at work with care, practical attention and respect for the language you use about your own experience.
Tailored, not standardised.
The conversation may include working patterns, communication, leadership, transitions, energy, expectations and the fit between a person and their environment.
I do not assume there is one neurodivergent experience, one preferred way to describe it or one set of strategies that suits everyone. We begin with what is relevant to you.
This coaching does not provide diagnosis, medical care or treatment. Where another kind of assessment or support is needed, I will say so.
Access
Making first contact can be simple.
You do not need to write a detailed history. A brief note about what you would like to discuss is enough, and you can tell me if there is a communication preference that would make the first conversation easier.
A place to begin
You do not need to have the situation neatly explained before getting in touch.
A short note is enough. I will consider what the situation calls for and, where appropriate, suggest a brief thinking conversation as the next step.
